Education: The redshirt sophomore is currently enrolled in the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences.

Moving on to Alumni Stadium: Jurkovec transferred this past semester from the University of Notre Dame, where he played against Boston College last semester in the November 23rd matchup.

A Decorated Quarterback: Jurkovec ended his prep career by becoming one of the most decorated quarterbacks in the history of his home state of Pennsylvania. 

High School Star: Jurkovec finished up his high school career with 11,144 total yards and 8,202 passing yards.

Ready to Roll: In an address to the media in late January, Jurkovec only addressed his time at Notre Dame by saying: “I don’t think I got too much of an opportunity to showcase what I can do.”

Haffley’s Guy: When commenting on the addition of Jurkovec to the Eagles on National Signing Day, Jeff Haffley said the coaching staff knew they “were going to go full speed after Phil''.
