After breaking the Boston Snow Record, numerous class cancellations and some epic snowball fights, the dreadful and seemingly eternal winter of 2015 is finally winding down. With March quickly speeding by and Easter Break approaching, here is a list of activities and events to look forward to this spring!
Marathon Monday—Monday April 20
Easily one of the best times of the year, Marathon Monday is an unforgettable experience for the BC community. There are no classes and almost the whole campus comes out to cheer on the runners as they finish the trek up Heartbreak Hill. So come join the energetic fun—and don’t forget your tank top!
Red Sox Games
What says spring more than baseball? Even if you are not an avid fan, a trip to Fenway is an experience everyone should have at least once. The Home Opener is Monday, April 13 against the Washington Nationals.
Kayaking on the Charles
Don’t let the temperature fool you, take advantage of the new season, invite your roommates and head to the Charles for the day. Warning: The water is colder than it appears.

BC’s own spring concert thrown where else but the Mod lot. This years performers have not been announced yet, but the event is sure to be worth a trip down the Million Dollar Stairs.
The 33rd Annual Free-Sailing Weekend—April 25-26 Boston Harbor
Whether you love sailing or have never been on a boat before, Boston’s Free-Sailing Weekend is open to everyone. So grab your friends and spend the day on the Harbor, but please leave the tea at home.
